When you send us an application form to register your business and it went through, you automatically become Associate Member with us. This is the stage for you to receive information and consider if our service can bring you any merits. Being Associate Member is for Free.
The information you will receive includes;
- More detailed information about Retail Partnership
ex) Annual Fee, what kind of services you get, ….etc - The latest information of products and producers
- Up coming events/promotions for Retail Partners
- The dates & Schedule of the Head Curator when she/he is coming to your area
The things you can do are;
- Requesting us to disclose wholesale price of the products you would like to consider
- Requesting us your preferences of the products you are looking for
Retail Partner is the retail shop displays our products and take order from customers as “KoLe showroom”.
Once you have decided to be the Retail Partner and we both reached to the agreement on the partnership conditions, you are the official partners.
The benefits of being our Retail Partner includes:

2 choices for you to do business with us
You have choices if you would like to go for Retail Partnership OR “Non Partner Buyer”.
It is the partnership you can receive so much benefits as our showroom. See detail above.
If you find items which you would like to deal, but not would like to be our Retail Partner, you have this choice.
Non Partner Buyers can purchase our products under certain conditions.
- Order must match the Minimum Order quantity.
- No showroom introduction page on our web/ link to product page & advertisement

You will be receiving the updates on newly added products, stories of producers, up coming events which Retail partners can involve and curators’ recent activities. So that Associate members can get the idea what to expect when they become a Retail Partner.
When you find the products which you are interested in, ask your curator to inform you the wholesale price. We DO NOT disclose wholesale price to unregistered business, unless when we are exhibiting on trade fares and such.
We provide few services towards Retail Partners. The Fee is for us to keep providing the services.
If you are a Retail Partner, you can test if the products work or see how your customers react with the products samples. We lease the product sample and you are not asked to purchase minimum quantity to stock it. You can take order one by one from your customer.
The Retail Partner will have one page on our website which exclusively introducing your shop as the showroom.

Consumers can view our products list from our KoLe website (https://kole.ponandcon.com/). All products introduction pages are linked to the showroom which exhibit the sample.

When we publish blog, posts on our websites and SNS or create advertising our products, we link the showrooms which displays those samples.
We also publish and posted on our website and SNS about showrooms. You can provide us articles or topics so that we can also spread the information about you. This does not have to be about KoLe products. You can provide the information about your own events on your shop.
Most of the products we curate are hand made by creator, artisans and artist. You can request us to customize its design or specification so that the products would match your customers need.
Please note that some of them are not possible to customize.
This is the price when Retail Partners and Non partner Buyers are purchasing our goods. Usually, Retail Partners will have better rates than Non partner Buyers.
This is about who will responsible for shipping arrangement when we export our goods from Japan. For Non partner Buyers, our default term is “Ex work Kagawa, Japan”. We can offer multiple terms for Retail partners.
This is the quantity unit required when you place order for us if you are a Non partner Buyers. Each product has different setting. It will be shown on the product information. For Retail partners, this does not apply unless the partner wishes to hold product stock.
You can send the preferences of the products you are looking for to your curator, when the curator finds the product, she/he will inform you about the product.
